RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Return and Exchange
Returns and exchanges are allowed if the items received are defective or damaged.
Only items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of damages by the customer and in its original packaging with label/tags still attached can be returned/exchanged.
Process of Return and Exchange
We kindly request our customers to notify us at care@baju.ph stating the return/exchange request prior to returning. Customers must include the order number, product details and the reason of returning/exchanging.
Our customer care representative will attend to your request within 1-2 working days.
Upon approval, item(s) must be returned within seven (7) working days.
Return Terms and Conditions
Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are strictly non-returnable.
Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost returns.
For exchanges, please note that replacement items are subject to stock availability.
Refunds will only be reimbursed in the form of store credit. The amount will be automatically deducted when you place your next order on our website.
Upon acceptance, all returned items will take up to seven (7) working days to be processed.
